ParaNormal This Week: 10/16/15

paranormal news

It’s another sennight of paranormal! (Sorry, I just can’t stop using that word).

1.Halloween is on its way, and with it a slew of paranormal, Halloween-themed articles. Here’s the ten most haunted cities to trick-or-treat. I’m surprised San Francisco is on the list, but apparently we can thank the 1906 earthquake for that.

2. I can’t think of a worse idea than drunk ghost hunting. Drunk ghost hunting armed with knives? Drunk ghost hunting while driving? Okay, so I can think of worse things. But for young Brooklynites, “boozing” is apparently a thing now.

3. There’s a new X-Files trailer out! Man, I loved that show, but I think they took the alien conspiracy story-line too far, and then didn’t know what to do when it petered out.

4. F-Comedy has worked up a spoof trailer, parodying Paranormal Activity: The Ghost Dimension. From their press release… Definitely don’t turn off your lights, or get a B- on your school report, because it’s “Paranormal Activity: The Tiger Mom Dimension.” See what happens when an Asian family finds a mysterious camcorder while unpacking boxes at their new home. What they see through its lens will leave them beyond terrified.

Definitely not haunted.

Definitely not haunted.

5. House Network has teamed up with Ghosthunter Paranormal Society to verify your home is spook free. Yeah, it’s a Halloween gimmick, but it’s actually kind of cool.
