ParaNormal This Week: Oct. 2nd, 2015

It’s another week of paranormal! So let’s get to it.

1. The Rock duo, One-Eyed Dolls, has come out with a Salem-witch-trial themed album. YES! AT LAST! A rock album about the Salem witch trials! WHY HASN’T THIS BEEN DONE BEFORE??? Yeah, I’ll probably buy it.

2. Demonic possession is HOT! In the movies, at least. IO9 reviews three upcoming, demonic films. Are demons the new vampires?

Not from one of the movies reviewed. Also not sure what’s going on here.

3. Hershey’s is on the Halloween bandwagon and has come out with a haunted host of Halloween recipes involving… candy! (Sorry, I had to include this. I’m a chocoholic).

4. When I was a kid up at Lake Tahoe for the summer, I listened to old radio shows. Now, some clever folks are podcasting serials, and the hottest paranormal tale in town is Limetown. Limetown follows a fictional investigation into the disappearance of over 300 people from a small town in Tennessee. There’ve been only two podcasts so far, but they’re breaking records (and available on iTunes).

5. This Mercury Retrograde ends October 9th, but if your love life is feeling the pain NOW, Huffpo has some tips. If you’re not into astrology, check out your October Tarotscope!
