A Midsummer Night’s Dream Blog Party

fairies

PUCK: How now, spirit! whither wander you?

FAIRY: Over hill, over dale,
Thorough bush, thorough brier,
Over park, over pale,
Thorough flood, thorough fire,
I do wander every where,
Swifter than the moon’s sphere;
And I serve the Fairy Queen,
To dew her orbs upon the green.
The cowslips tall her pensioners be;
In their gold coats spots you see;
Those be rubies, fairy favours,
In those freckles live their savours.

Those lazy, hazy days of summer will soon be here and bringing the fairy enchantment of midsummer. To celebrate, you’re invited to our Midsummer Night’s Dream virtual tea party!

Share this on Facebook>>>

If you’ve got a blog, you’re welcome to join us on June 20th, 2015. (Because we hope you’ll actually be away from your computer on the solstice, June 21st, and celebrating with the fae!)

Here’s how it works:

You post a Solstice or Fairy or Tea Party-themed blog on June 20th and then come to the ParaYourNormal Midsummer Night’s Tea Party page and link to your blog post in the comments. Be sure to link to the actual post URL, not the home page of your blog. Your post can be thematic photos, an ode to Shakespeare, summer-themed tea party recipes, summer-themed spells, anything fairy, anything midsummer, or even a real tea party. It’s an opportunity to have some fun and get some more readers (and links) over to your blog.

Once you’ve posted, kick back with the tea of your choice, and enjoy the frivolity!

So join us on June 20th for some midsummer magic!
